My husband wants to try to make eggnog! We live in Tamaulipas. I would like to see more of your thoughts on the difference of ingredients, like milk, vanilla, ham. Do you have a tight budget or can you buy some of the expensive finer foods? I agree with what I read in one of your blogs that parmesan is expensive here, not to mention I've never seen fresh/whole parmesan.
